Accommodation in Salamanca
As Salamanca is a relatively small city, all the accommodation we offer our clients is located close to the university and the historic centre; normally being within a 10-15 minute walk.

Shared Flats
As with host families, renting out rooms in student flats is a popular business in Salamanca and often landlords can be more worried about the income than about maintaining the flat in a decent condition.
However, at GSS we offer the nicest student flats available in Salamanca, maintaining constant communication with the landlords to make sure that everything is in order.
Host Family
Our host families in Salamanca all live within a 10-15 minute walk from the university; in nice apartments decorated in the typically Spanish manner. Many families depend on the university, and there are hundreds of families in Salamanca that rent out rooms to students for the money alone.
Over the years we have carefully selected the families we use in Salamanca to make sure they offer a welcoming atmosphere to our students, as well as help them integrate and improve their Spanish.
Student Residence
The price of the program with accommodation in the Residence Colegio Cuenca (Salamanca) include, phone line rental, Internet connection and full access to the public areas. These rates do not include the electricity supply of approximately 40.50€ that will need to settled upon departure, 14€ for the water supply, 30€ for the gas supply and any outbound calls made to numbers outside the residence. These costs will need to be settled directly at the residence along with the required deposit.
