Intensive Monthly Courses in Salamanca
The intensive monthly courses are arranged every month throughout the year (less July and August when a special summer course is arranged) and it is possible to sign up for one or more months. The intensive monthly courses are open for anyone to participate and no initial Spanish knowledge is necessary as courses are given at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers.

Who Are Intensive Monthly Courses For?
This course is for students who do not have much time available to study Spanish or students that want to prepare themselves before taking a longer semester or yearly course.
The Intensive Monthly Course at Salamanca University
The intensive monthly course is a 100 hour per month program, with 4 different main levels ranging from complete beginners to advanced speakers and a number of sublevels for each.
The intensive monthly courses follow this structure:
- During the first two hours of class, and irrespective of level, time is spent on Spanish grammar.

The third hour, especially in the case of beginners, is for broadening vocabulary and basic conversation skills; while on place of this, the
use this hours for speaking practice, including student presentation, discussions, book or movies reviews etc. - For the fourth hour, students at the lower levels will practice basic communication activities in the language laboratory;students at the higher levels can instead choose between a number of special subjects such as: Spanish culture, Spanish literature, history of contemporary Spain or writing exercises.
- For the fifth hour,students can choose between: history of Spanish art, Business Spanish or speaking practice.
